A free sleep email for every month of baby’s first year.

The sleep guidance your baby needs this month — and nothing you don’t need yet.

Each month, the Little Dreamers Monthly Mail gives you gentle, practical sleep guidance for your baby’s current age — so you can feel a little more prepared for the stage you’re in.

It’s free, simple, and designed for real parents moving through real days.

Because you don’t need all the sleep advice. You simply need the right guidance for this month.

Still pregnant? You can sign up now and begin with the very first newborn email.

A calm place to start each month

Baby sleep changes so much in the first year.

What felt true last month may not be quite right now. A nap might shift. Wake windows stretch. Nights may change. A new milestone appears. And suddenly you’re wondering whether something needs adjusting, or whether this is simply part of the next stage.

It’s very easy for sleep to become one more thing you’re quietly holding.

Saving posts.
Reading when you’re tired.
Trying to remember which advice applies to newborns, which advice is for older babies, and which advice simply doesn’t fit your little one at all.

That’s exactly why I created the Little Dreamers Monthly Mail.

Each month, about a week before your baby moves into their next stage, I’ll send you one calm, easy-to-read email with the sleep guidance that matters for the month ahead.

Not a long article.
Not everything you might ever need.
Just the right support for where your baby is right now.

Inside each monthly mail, you’ll find gentle guidance on:

  • awake windows, naps, nap lengths, and daytime sleep

  • bedtime, overnight sleep, and morning wake times

  • upcoming regressions, leaps, milestones, and sleep shifts

  • simple day and night routines you can build from

  • sleep environments that support safer, deeper rest

  • feeding patterns that may support more restful sleep

  • what to keep an eye on — and what may be worth double-checking

  • how to adapt the guidance to your baby, your family, and your real life

I’m not here to tell you exactly what to do. I’m here to help you understand what’s happening, so the choices in front of you feel a little clearer.

My hope is that these emails become that small helping hand you didn’t know you needed — a calm companion in your inbox, so sleep feels like one less thing to figure out alone.

Already supporting more than 550 families with babies in their first months.

Start with the sleep guidance your baby needs now

Pop your details in the form, and I’ll send you the monthly sleep mail that matches your little one’s current stage.

Every month, about a week before your baby moves into the next stage, you’ll receive one calm, practical email with what’s helpful to know next.

That’s why the form asks for your baby’s age and timing — so the right guidance arrives at the right moment.

Pregnant? You’re very welcome here too. Select 0-4 weeks and select a date 3 weeks after your Estimated Delivery Date (we can update it later if we need to), and you’ll be guided from the very beginning when baby arrives.

***Please use this format for the date: YYYY-MM-DD and be sure to add the date one week before your little one turns the next month.
For example, if your baby turns 2 months old on 30 March 2026, enter 2026-03-23.

Your details are only used to send the right monthly sleep guidance for your baby’s stage. They’re stored securely, and you can ask me to update or remove them at any time.

A Little Bit About Me

I’m Lara — mum to three littles, dog-mum to Summer and Zazu, and the heart behind Lara’s Little Dreamers.

Long before I became a certified Pediatric Sleep Specialist and newborn specialist, I learned about baby sleep the way many parents do: through exhaustion, trial and error, and those tender early months where you love your baby deeply, but still feel completely drained.

My husband and I are originally from South Africa, and we now live in the Netherlands with our little family. Becoming a parent far from home taught me how much reassurance matters — especially when you’re trying to understand your baby, make good choices, and still feel like yourself along the way.

That’s why I created the Little Dreamers Monthly Mail.

Not to tell you there’s one perfect way to sleep. But to help you feel gently guided through your baby’s first year, with the kind of calm, practical sleep information I wish I’d had in those early months.

My hope is that each monthly email helps you understand your baby’s sleep with a little more ease, feel more prepared for what’s coming next, and enjoy your little one with more confidence, calm, and connection. 💜

A Little Bit About My Approach

Your little one’s sleep is only a “problem” if it feels like one for you. You get to decide what matters most for your family. You get to choose what your version of “ideal” looks like. And you get to move at a pace that feels right.

My role is simply to meet you where you are, without judgement, and offer clarity, reassurance, and realistic guidance.

My approach is shaped by my Little House of Sleep. A gentle, holistic framework that looks at the whole picture: development, environment, routines, feeding, connection, and the foundations that help sleep unfold more naturally.

Some families choose sleep shaping. Some families choose sleep training. Some families simply want to understand what’s normal, what’s changing, and what might help next.

There is space for all of that here.

The goal is never to force your baby into a rigid plan. It’s to help you understand what’s happening behind the scenes, so you can support your little one’s sleep in a way that feels respectful, responsive, and sustainable for your family.

That’s exactly what the Little Dreamers Monthly Mail is here to offer — calm guidance for each stage, so you can feel more prepared, less alone, and a little more rested as your baby grows.

Questions that have come up before

Let this be one less thing to figure out alone 🤍

Baby sleep will keep changing in the first year. That part is normal.

But carrying every question, every search, and every “is this still right?” moment on your own doesn’t have to be.

The Little Dreamers Monthly Mail gives you calm, age-specific sleep guidance each month, so you can feel supported through the stage you’re in now — and a little more prepared for what’s coming next.

Free of charge. For your little one’s first year. One calm email each month.
