  • Not at all. The content is rooted in gentle, attachment-informed care. It avoids cry-it-out methods and rigid schedules. Instead, you’ll learn to support your baby’s sleep with empathy and science — not stress or pressure. The toolkit does come with basic sleep training, but does not rely on it seeing as independent sleep is an outcome of many factors, not something that can simply be “trained”.

  • Every business day I check the progress in the mobile app and analyze how it’s going. I make recommendations based on that and will proactively reach out with them. Through the course of the week, or for as long as you might need, I am available via the app or WhatsApp to answer any questions whatsoever.

  • You can always add more days or weeks if you need, something we will already discuss at the introductory call.
