€400 for a 1-week journey, €520 for 2 weeks
Hands‑on help with structured sleep training and improvements, every step of the way. We work out what’s important to you as a family, what your objectives are and I write the sleep plan that will meet those objectives. As you implement it, I track and analyze progress on a daily basis, making recommendations on how to stay on track as we go along.
This 1:1 coaching program is ideal for parents who want real‑time guidance as they implement changes. It typically lasts 1-2 weeks until parents meet their objectives and I stay connected the entire time — answering questions, troubleshooting, adjusting the strategy or simply cheering you on as you make great progress.
