Book your 60-minute Support Session

Sometimes you need more than a quick answer; you want to understand the full picture.

Sleep challenges are rarely caused by one thing — they’re shaped by a mix of routines, feeding, patterns, environment, and your baby’s unique needs.

This 60‑minute session gives us the space to look at all of those pieces together, so you can finally see what’s going on and what to do next.

It’s a calm, supportive conversation designed to bring clarity, confidence, and a plan that truly fits your baby and your family.

What is a 60-Minute Support Session?
It’s a calm, in‑depth consultation where we look at multiple areas of sleep, feeding, routines, and patterns and place everything in your baby’s unique context.
This is the space for bigger questions, connected issues, and situations where you want to understand the full picture.

Which topics can we discuss?
You can see the 60-minute Support Session as an “Ask Me Anything” - if it affects sleep, we can talk about it.

We can explore several areas in one session, such as: night wakings, early mornings, nap struggles, regressions, feeding and sleep interactions, awake windows, bedtime battles, routines and daily structure, sleep environment, nap transitions, overtiredness / under-tiredness, newborn patterns, toddler sleep challenges

Who is it for?
Parents who:
- want to understand how different areas connect
- feel stuck in a pattern and want clarity
- prefer a slower, more spacious conversation
- want personalised guidance that fits their baby and their family

- want more than a quick answer, they want understanding, direction, and a plan

How old can my little one be?
Anywhere from 0 to 3 years.

Why should you book one?
Because sometimes you don’t just want to fix one moment, you want to understand the whole picture.

A 60‑minute session gives you the time and space to:
- explore several areas in depth
- understand what’s going on and why
- see how sleep, feeding, and routines influence each other
- get a personalised plan that feels realistic and doable
- ask follow‑up questions and make sure everything feels right

How does it work?
You choose a time, we meet on Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp, and we walk through your question step‑by‑step.

What will you walk away with?
A clear understanding of what’s going on, simple steps that fit your baby, and the confidence to put it into practice right away.

What is the format?
A 60‑minute live call (video or audio, whichever you prefer). And your partner or a family member is welcome too.

How much does it cost?
€100 per session

“I loved working with Lara to help with our 8-month-old’s sleep. After sharing our story and pain points, Lara quickly identified some quick wins as well as some bigger points to work on. We saw improvement so quickly (night wakings stopped!), and continue to work on some of the bigger items as things change so often at this young age. Lara is so friendly and knowledgeable - I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so!”

~ Anna, after a 60-Minute Support Session

What this is not

A 60-Minute Support Session is not

a quick, surface-level chat
a full sleep training program
a one-size-fits-all sleep plan
a rushed conversation where we only skim the issues
a place where you’ll be judged or told you’re doing it wrong

It is a calm, spacious consultation where we look at several areas in depth and create a plan that truly fits your baby and your family.

You might be wondering…

Is my situation “big enough” for a full hour?
Yes. This session is designed for parents who have several questions or want to understand how sleep, feeding, routines, and patterns fit together. Nothing is too small, too messy, or too complicated.

What if I’ve already tried everything?
That’s completely okay. We’ll look at what you’ve tried, what it tells us, and what the next steps are - personalised to your baby’s temperament and age. It’s actually easiest when parents already know a lot, because then we can solely focus on how we can put it all together in your context and your family.

What if my baby cries or needs me during the call?
Totally fine. Babies cry, feed, nap, wake. I’m very used to working around whatever happens.

What if I’m not sure how to explain everything?
Just fill in the form below as best you can. I’ll reach out to you before the session if I need more info, or we can take a couple of minutes to talk through before we “begin”.

What if I feel overwhelmed or forget things?
I always guide the conversation gently and clearly, and you’ll leave with simple steps you can refer back to and no pressure to remember everything in the moment. And if you want something written or printable, I have options for that, too. We can discuss these in the call.

What if I’m not sure this is the right session for me?
You are more than welcome to email me at lara@laraslittledreamers.com, and I’ll tell you what your best options are.
Or another great option is to first book a free Quick Consult so we can chat about what you’re struggling with.
