Sometimes all you have is one specific question, and a quick, targeted session is all it will take to get the clarity and support you’re looking for.

I completely understand that, which is why I offer Micro Support Sessions — a calm, focused 30‑minute conversation with someone who can answer your question and place that answer in the unique context of your baby and your family.

What is a Micro Support Session?
It’s a calm, focused 30‑minute conversation where we look at one specific sleep question and place it in your baby’s unique context.

Which topics can we discuss?
Any single sleep topic that you can put a “How do I” in front of.
For example: How do I ….
create longer night sleep; reduce night feeds; deal with the 4-month regressions; create a sleep routine; understand sleepy cues; manage nap transitions; set up a sleep environment; make mornings later; etc.

Who is it for?
Parents who have one clear How do I…? question and want simple, practical, personalised guidance they can use immediately without booking a full hour-long consultation.

How old can my little one be?
Anywhere from 0 to 3 years.

Why should you book one?
Because sometimes you don’t need a full plan, or to read something else, or to figure out how something that worked for others can work for your little one - you just need someone to give you clear, simple steps that you can use immediately.

How does it work?
You choose a time, we meet on Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp, and we walk through your question step‑by‑step.

What will you walk away with?
A clear understanding of what’s going on, simple steps that fit your baby, and the confidence to put it into practice right away.

What is the format?
A 30‑minute live call (video or audio, whichever you prefer). And your partner or a family member is welcome too.

How much does it cost?
€50 per session

Yes, because we stay focused on one topic and go straight to what matters.

What if my baby cries or needs me during the call?
That’s totally fine, and I’m very used to that! We can always work around whatever happens.

What if I’m not sure how to explain my question?

    A Micro Support Session is a paid 30‑minute session where we focus on one specific sleep topic and explore gentle, practical solutions tailored to your baby and your family.

  • The full session allows us to look at multiple areas of sleep, feeding, routines, and patterns in depth.
    The Micro Support Session is designed for one focused “how do I do this?” topic — perfect when you want clarity without needing a full consultation.

  • To keep the session helpful and not rushed, we’ll focus on one main challenge. If you realise you’d like support with more, you’re always welcome to book another session later.
    If we have time and you’d like to continue, we can run over — additional 30 or 60 minutes will be billed accordingly.

  • Yes, because we stay focused on one specific topic. Parents leave with a clear understanding and practical steps they can try right away.

  • If we're both free, we can just continue chatting :) A handful of minutes is never a problem and if you want an additional 30 or 60 minutes those will be billed accordingly.

  • Yes. I’ll help you understand what’s happening, what’s normal for your baby’s age, and what you can start doing immediately after the call. Together, we’ll choose what feels right for your baby and your family.

  • Absolutely. Many early‑weeks questions — like creating longer stretches at night, understanding sleepy cues, or navigating the Witching Hour — fit perfectly into a Micro Support Session.

  • The Micro Support Session does not include written content. If you’d like additional plans, printables, or templates, we can discuss that during the call.

  • Yes, of course. Anyone involved in your baby’s care is welcome and encouraged.
